What counts as an AI reply?+
A reply counts when you send it (manually or via auto-pilot). Drafts you dismiss, edit, or regenerate are free — you're never charged for suggestions you didn't use.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Your voice profiles and history carry over either way.
What happens if auto-pilot sends something I don't like?+
Every send — manual or automatic — has a five-minute undo window that deletes the reply from the platform. Auto-pilot also runs seven safety checks before anything ships, and you can pause it instantly.
Do you post anything without my approval?+
Never by default. Auto-pilot is opt-in, per account, with a confidence threshold you control. Everything else waits in your inbox.
