Terms of service

1. The service

Rysonance is an AI-powered social media assistant: it learns a writing-style profile from content you provide or connect, drafts replies and posts for your review, and — only when you enable auto-pilot — publishes qualifying replies on your behalf, subject to the safety checks described in the product.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. Material changes that reduce core functionality of your paid plan will be communicated in advance.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and to authorize actions on any social account you connect.

Connecting a social account means you have the right to publish content on it. Where a platform's terms restrict automation, you are responsible for using Rysonance's controls (approval mode, rate caps, quiet hours) in a way that complies with them.

3. Your content and your voice

You own your content — the posts we analyze, the drafts you approve, and everything published to your accounts. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: to process your content in order to build your voice profile, generate drafts, and publish what you approve.

Your voice profile is yours. We don't use your content or your voice profile to train models for other customers, and we don't sell it to anyone.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Rysonance to spam, harass, impersonate others, or publish content that's illegal or violates the platforms' rules. Don't attempt to circumvent the safety rails to automate content the product is designed to hold for review.

We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse. Where practical, we'll warn you first.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts are suggestions. You are the publisher of everything sent from your account, including auto-pilot sends you enabled. Review the automation settings — confidence threshold, rate caps, quiet hours — because they act on your behalf.

AI output can be wrong, awkward, or out of character despite our safeguards and confidence scores. The five-minute undo exists precisely because no automated system is perfect.

6. Billing

Paid plans bill monthly in USD. Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades apply at the next billing date. You can cancel any time — access continues through the period you've paid for.

Trials run in demo mode and require no payment method. We don't charge you until you explicitly subscribe.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your voice profiles, drafts, and connected-account tokens from our systems. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not responsible for actions the social platforms take against your account; using automation always carries platform risk, and our rate limits and safety rails reduce but cannot eliminate it.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
